Italian roast chicken and potatoes...........................
Ingredients:

1 roasting chicken
3 lbs potatoes
6 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 TBS rosemary
1 TBS Italian seasoning
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder,  season salt, pepper
1 TBS olive oil
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 

Wash chicken inside and out and drain.  Put in large, greased roasting pan.  Insert cloves of garlic and 1 TBS rosemary into cavity of chicken. 

Peel and cut potatoes into 2 inch chunks.  Put into LARGE bowl with onion, oil,  1 TBS rosemary, 1 TBS Italian seasoning,  garlic powder, onion powder, and season salt.  Mix thoroughly.  Arrange potatoes around chicken in pan.  Cook at 325 degrees for APPROXIMATELY 2 hours till done, turn potatoes every 20 minutes or so.
